    I used to be a professional musician.
    In those days, I would have wanted an octave set of aluminum tuning forks that were decent and made in America (Illinois). These would have been very good. They include all 8 of the tones from a C-scale, starting with middle C. And unless you are getting paid to be even more perfect – which would, frankly, be pretty hard – these forks are everything you’ll ever need.
    (If you ARE getting paid to be more perfect, you can get more complete sets, which include sharps and flats for lots more money).
